Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels.
UNITED KINGDOM
STANDARD DELIVERY: Complimentary on all orders over £100, £4.45 for orders under £100. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered in 1 - 3 working days to any UK address, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
DHL COURIER: £10.00
Orders will be sent via DHL courier and will be delivered in 1 - 2 working days to any UK address.
EUROPE
STANDARD DELIVERY: £12.00
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days..
DHL COURIER: £30.00
Orders will be sent via DHL courier and will be delivered in 2 - 3 working days to any European address.

USA, CANADA & MEXICO
STANDARD DELIVERY: £14.00
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered in 7 - 14 working days.
DHL COURIER (USA ONLY): £30.00
Orders will be sent via DHL courier and will be delivered in 2 - 4 working days to any US address.

REST OF WORLD
DHL DELIVERY: £40.00

GIFT WRAPPING
£5.00.
Orders will be wrapped in a white debossed Vanderohe box with Vanderohe tissue paper and finished with ribbon. Our boxes can be reused and recycled. Vanderohe tissue paper is FSC Certified, made from 70% recycled materials, printed with soy ink, completely acid free and is compostable.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund, exchange or replacement if the order is returned to us within 28 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition.
You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. If the handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way then the cost will be deducted from the purchase price and we will refund the balance.
Once we receive the item back we will assess and will notify you of whether we are accepting the product for return.
Please note you are responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning any orders. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable.
ERRORS
If an error has occurred when placing your order, please email our Customer Care team at sales@vanderohe.com to amend or correct the order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be liable for the cost of delivery and return delivery. Please view our refund policy for further details.
